Aunt Cindy’s Meatloaf

We are a “meat and potatoes” kind of family and this Meatloaf hits the spot! I’m not a huge fan of a meatloaf tasting like meat and ketchup. This recipe is the PERFECT combat for that! The tomato sauce is a great replacement for the ketchup on top and all of the flavors just mix together so well. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Tony’s
  • ½ Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat 350 degrees and prepare loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly, except tomato sauce
  • Put meat mixture into prepared loaf pan and pour tomato sauce over top; bake for 1 hour or until meat is cooked
  • Sever with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes and corn
